Teachers are tasked to make the lessons as fun as possible, there is no reason why learning can not be fun. Pupils log on for 2/3 hours of on line tuition in the morning where they will be part of a virtual classroom. They register at the beginning of the lesson and follow the teacher's lesson as it is delivered in real time. The lesson will be interactive and pupils will be able to hear the teacher and ask questions during the tuition sessions. For the rest of the day the pupils can organise themselves but there will be some work set in the morning lesson, to be completed and submitted to their teacher. This enables pupils and families to have the flexibility to get involved in any form of extra curricular activity they want. Many schools confuse pupils with too many different subjects in a day and at Inter High they will either do one or two subjects per day, concentrating on the core skills of mathematics, English, science and a language. Monitored chat rooms will be available for students and teachers to discuss work and social issues amongst themselves. The school will only use registered qualified teachers who have been verified by the Criminal Records Bureau as being suitable to work with children.
