Wayne has a MA in Education, a PGCE in PE and over thirty-five years’ experience in teaching English, PE and Drama as well as extensive management experience in a wide variety of schools.
Nick Leney – Assistant Head
Nick has a MEd and PGCE. Over 20 years’ experience gained in both the UK and NZ has seen Nick specialise in the leadership of 21st Century learning and teaching.
Stephen Phipps – Assistant Head
Stephen has an NPQH, a PGCE in Secondary History and a PGCE in Special Educational Needs, with 23 years’ experience in teaching, 17 as a leader across a variety of successful schools.
Cassandra Millington – Head of Personalised Learning
Cassandra has a BA (Hons) in Education with qualified teacher status, and 7 years’ experience teaching in the UK and Italy, specialising in additional educational needs and English.
Jacqueline Daniell – Head of Administration and Marketing
Jacqueline has a MA in Town and Country Planning, a MSc in Public Management and is one of the school’s founders.
Tom Evans – Head of Operations
Tom has a MA in History with 6 years experience in management and working with children.
Natalie Davies – Administration Manager
Natalie has a Level 3 Teaching Assistance Qualification and has over 7 years’ experience within the education sector. She also has a BTEC National Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science as well as a qualifications for Events Management.
David Knight – Online Content Analyst
David has a BSc (Hons) in Computer and Information Security, specialising in the security of Wi-Fi and Websites.
Tom Slater – IT Manager
Tom has a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science along with over 7 years supporting and managing IT systems within specialist industries.
Bonny Buckle – Admissions Officer
Bonny has a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science with four years’ experience in the education sector. She is also a qualified Fitness and Zumba Instructor.
Matt Botting – Admissions Assistant
Matt has a BA (Hons) in History with study abroad and has spent the last year gaining experience in various working environments before joining InterHigh.
